As the title says Layla and I want to show you how to create explosions in your MLM online business by starting with the person you see in the mirror. We often share marketing tips and strategies to online MLM success, but our point in this article isn't quite the same. While I was shaving I looked up at the mirror on a very lovely Canadian Thanksgiving, I suddenly understood it. The Online MLM Success only found us as soon as we fully understood exactly WHO we were, WHO we want to be and how others perceive US.

When we started our MLM business Layla and I would go after everyone with a pulse, friends, family members and random people in the grocery stores, and we'd try to convince them to look at the MLM industry and specifically our business. We felt desperate and that's NOT going to take you to MLM success.

Layla and I started doing a lot of reading, personal development books, this amazing MLM Industry, the Leaders at the top, the brain and how simply tapping into it would generate MLM success. We saturated our brains with all the top online mlm strategies, from PPC to effective adcopy. This is when we dettached ourselves from the emotions linked to the Hunt, I am sure you are familiar with the "Rollercoaster". Of course we still had lots of passion for what we were doing and we still were die hards about our MLM company and this Industry. Yet we stopped seeing every potential prospect as someone that must get on board with our MLM business so that we could make money.

Layla and I made the change in our head to THEY NEED US not WE NEED THEM.

So began our transformation into the HUNTED rather than the HUNTER. - Mike Dillard.

When you are out and about prospecting do you find you mistakingly say to yourself "oh this person would be so good Network Marketing"? By doing this you put preconceived notions of success on them and if they result in failure you feel your heart sink and hop back on the Rollercoaster.
